Certified parts and repairs are important for FAA compliance and for your safety. At FFC, we're proud of our ratings and maintain in-house standards for both manufacturing and repair that meet or exceed the FAA standards. Manufacturing Capabilities

• FFC's sister company, FFC Manufacturing (FFCM) manufacturers over 150 different PMA replacement fuel cells and holds STC design approval on various replacement modifications.
• FFCM holds several TSO C-80 approvals including both nitrile rubber and urethane constructions
• FFCM custom manufactures fuel storage bladders and pillow tanks
• FFCM specializes in vintage aircraft fuel cell replacements and can build to your specifications for experimental/homebuilt aircraft fuel cells
• Fuel cells manufactured by FFC are 13 ply.

Repair Capabilities
FFC is an approved repair station (No. TH4R544M) for all makes and models of bladder type fuel cells (including crashworthy and self-sealing models), helicopter floats and personnel survival equipment. Our certification includes the Major Repair, Alteration, Repair and/or Overhaul of the above items.

FFC is authorized to issue STCs for fuel system modifications as a Designated Alteration Station (DAS).

FFC is recognized and recommended by Engineered Fabrics Corporation (formerly B.F. Goodrich) as an Authorized Repair Center for all their fuel tanks and has factory-trained repair technicians on staff.

FFCS (FFC Services) is certified to perform integral fuel tank repairs, complete stripping and resealing of integral fuel tanks and replacement of fuel system components.

FFCS is certified to perform fuel system services at any location worldwide on a scheduled or emergency response basis.

Distributorships
FFC is the only stocking distributor for Engineered Fabrics Corporation's new fuel cells for Aero Commander, Piper and Douglas aircraft. These fuel cells are stocked and shipped from our warehouse in Memphis, Tennessee with shipping service through Federal Express until midnight daily, or with your preferred carrier.

FFC is the stocking distributor of new replacement helicopter flotation gear manufactured by SMR Technologies (formerly B.F. Goodrich).
